Hey everyone! How is your Thursday going?
If you noticed a few changes to the Community today, don't worry, it's not your imagination. We're really pleased to officially announce an updated version of our O2 Community Home page!
Many of you have provided valuable feedback about the home page over the past few months and we wanted to say a big thank you!
We have made sure to include as much of it as possible in this version and continue working towards future improvements. Here a short list of changes!
Please note also that the Ideas section has now been archived which was also something that was asked about. Thank you very much everyone who posted an idea or voted for one, it's much appreciated!
Please do continue posting and discussing your ideas and feedback in the Feedback board. We do love to hear all you have to say and we make sure all your feedback is shared with O2.
Let us know what you think of these changes, and as always, keep your feedback coming.

@pgnI am...but I have discovered I show online when I first log on for about 30 mins. Then I disappear even though I haven't logged out at all.
Also remember some people choose not to show as being online at all. Others can choose to show as online to friends only ....

A lot of people choose that option so that they can just browse the threads or through a privacy preference.

Since the board changes I have been getting this message on my PC when I try to access My O2
Never had a problem before and can access my O2 on mobile using Chrome. I will attempt it later on PC using Chrome

Just tried Chrome on PC and could access My O2 with no problems . So it appears to be a Firefox issue. Any ideas?
It might be coincidental that the problem started when the board changed. I have no problem with any other links. Only My O2

My issue on PC appears to be with Firefox. Having just checked (again on PC) by logging into Chrome My O2 was accessible. Also no problems with mobile (using Chrome)
I just get the above error message using PC and FF. Which is a bit of a drag as FF is my default browser on laptop!....

I'm liking the changes. Much clearer than before, making it easier to find what you want. Good job
