Hi all,

 

First of all, welcome to the community! If you want to get help, please post a new thread in the devices or products & services forums. However, if you would like to introduce yourself, this thread is the perfect place for it. I'll kick it off, just to get the ball rolling. 

 

So as you can see, my name is Leonard and I've joined the O2 team in June to take care of the community. I'd love to hear a bit more about you, so please let us know who you are slight_smile

:smileywink:Hi I am Harry and I haven't got a clue how this works! I however have a question to do with tariffs and charges outside of the pay monthly plan I am on. Its a basic plan with 100mins, 100MBdata and 500 text messages, at £15.50 per month. I have been on the o2 website but that hasn't helped me. If anyone can help I would appreciate please? hi muffin and welcome

when you joined u made an o2 email address and set a password

go to www.o2.co.uk and sign in
go-to MYO2 and look on the left hand side. u should see a my bill section

in there u can choose to view my tariff

i've had the phone ringing for over an hour now and no one answers.
