O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

Does anyone know the chances of me being able to pick it up from the DPD depot over the weekend if they don’t deliver today? It’s only about a 20 minute drive from me!

My brother had the same, and it was delievered 10 mins ago, relax, call the depot if needed for piece of mind, I suspect all couriers are doing extra deliveries today to cope with the demand

@LauraMc1987 just go onto the website or download the app, you can contact them or re-arrange delivery then, but I would check if it is going to delivered today before changing anything

Well, more than a little late to the party here - have just ordered a Space Grey 64GB iPhone X as I am eligible for an upgrade from my iPhone 7 Plus - due to collect it from the O2 Edinburgh, Princes Street store on (or probably after, if O2's track record is anything to go by) 24th November.

Good luck to all of you guys waiting for your phones to arrive today - am now wishing I had bitten the bullet and pre-ordered last Friday!

My iPhoneX has arrived via DPD, thanks O2. I am happy to say O2 have delivered on launch day again. I have had iPhone 1, 3GS, 4S, 5S, 6S plus and now iPhone X all on launch day from the original iphone waiting in line outside the O2 shop at 6:02 pm through to the recent preorder process with delivery on launch day. 

Having to wait for it to update to iOS 11.1 now 😞
