O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

Could somebody please tell me how everybody is able to view their order status? I placed my order at 7:49 on Friday. I got an email with my order number that just said 'we'll let you know when it's ready to collect' but there is nothing showing in myO2 at all that I can see?

Actually ignore my previous post I've just realised it only shows on the desktop site. Mine also says 'in progress' however I also have a DPD tracking reference so all looks good for Friday. Mine is an upgrade for the 64Gb Space Gray for store collection if that helps anyone.

I just got my tracking details space grey 256 being delivered to a store. Hopefully others are getting theirs for the same phone now.

Update; 256Gb Silver, order confirmed at 07:41 for collection in-store. Delivery status changed to dispatch on 31/10/17 via DPD, although main page in myo2 shows order status as “in progress”. Make sure you click through to the detailed view of your order in myo2!!

I have upgraded my  account on the upgrade on us option for the iPhone x and I have gone for the 256gb version which Apple sells for £1145.

o2 refresh the phone will cost £1275.99p in total a £130.99p premium!

think I will cancel my order and look to leave O2 or check other networks for value as O2 are getting worse.
