O2 will offer Apple’s latest products starting on 22nd September 2017, including the new generation iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Customers will be able to pre-order iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus beginning 15th September at www.o2.co.uk/iphone, in store, voice and online, with iPhone X pre-order beginning Friday 27th October

looks like they are going through order to store then home delivery.

Prob because order to store they can cover in batches.

Guys if you have or have not received confirmation please give iphone x details along with time ordered so we can gage our own eventualities. Mine is 256 black x, home delivery, email confirmation at 0737. Current status still in progress. 😞

Looks like folks that ordered it to be collected in stores are getting their order details updated. Home delivery may get theirs tomorrow or the usual thursday.

Re the store v home delivery questions. My order is for home delivery. I am in Northern Ireland so don’t know if that makes a difference. Also mine was an upgrade, I was due to upgrade last month but waited for the X.

Yes, a tracking number. When I look on the shipping company’s website it shows me the consignment is in the holding area. This is the way it happened last time I upgraded as well. One day delivery from mainland UK does get to NI overnight, so it’s not that they’re shipping it early to make sure it arrives for the 3rd. From experience of previous upgrades, the delivery company website shows they have it and they then hold it and deliver it on the release date.
