Hi 6 weeks on still waiting on a Volt! I have a Volt on 2 numbers but the 3rd number added 6 weeks ago still not added! I went into an O2 store 5 working days ago and was assured the Volt would be added in 3 days as “the paperwork was late going in” where do I go from here!

Sadly, this is a customer based forum with no O2 input

Do you have a My O2 Account for the 3rd SIM as you could check and add there.

Otherwaise you will need to keep on at O2
