I am an existing O2 and Virgin Media customer and have been for years, how do I get the free benefits of the Volt supercharge facility on my account?

Can you supercharge data by calling 02's free-phone number 020? The man at the 02 store seemed to think so.

You can request it but it will still take upto 14 days to be processed, and you may need to call Virgin on 0345 454 1111 as well. @PA1976
