I was told that if I signed up to a Virgin media broadband package (Volt M250 Fibre Broadband) I would get 10GB data with my O2 contract every month. Initially this came up on my O2 as 5GB and when I asked a member of the community I was told it would update after 14 days, however it has been more than 14 days now and I still am only getting 5GB a month. Please can someone tell me what the issue maybe here?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I'm having the same problem and the 'assistants' keep sending me around the houses so at the moment I feel like I'm paying for something I'm not getting - and which I didn't even really need but the double fibre and data SIM seemed quite good value (thanks to the salesperson)
