I’m currently on a Volt Sim only plan which expires in April 24. It says I can upgrade now to a device and airtime plan, but I will have to pay off the remainder on the contract first. Also it says on my account that I’m not entitled to volt benefits, but I was transferred to O2 after I took out a volt contract with VM. why do I have to pay off one, when upgrading and am I entitled to volt benefits.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
