1. Why is my data allowance going down, when I’m not using my phone. 2.
I upgraded on 2 Oct and my Volt Benefits were temporally halted,
Received an email saying they would be restored within 7 days. This has
not happened
I have just upgraded my contract new device and Airplan. Why an I not
getting double data? I was told I was entitled, being a Volt Customer
before agreeing to renew
I’m currently on a Volt Sim only plan which expires in April 24. It says
I can upgrade now to a device and airtime plan, but I will have to pay
off the remainder on the contract first. Also it says on my account that
I’m not entitled to volt benefits...
