Temporary Data Until House Move Completion

I have just moved house and am awaiting transfer of my virgin media services. Unfortunately I didn't realise I was using so much data on my phone and no longer have any data left.

Is there any chance as a goodwill gesture O2 could allow me unlimited mobile data until the 27th when my virgin services should then be enabled?

Thanks

@mdex

You can flex your data up or down once a month to cover such issues.

Flexible Tariffs | Change your data up and down | O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Unlikely, @mdex - in the current fiscal climate. Data bolt-ons are what you need: https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/all-tariffs/bolt-ons

The data will start immediately, lasting 30 days, any unused balance may rollover into the next month, and that's it - bolt-on will not renew.

If you want to ask O2, Social Media team contacts are in the link just below. Good luck!

Thanks @MI5 this is perfect!

Why O2 themselves didn't suggest this I'll never know.
