Bolt add ons not available / Virgin media account not linked?

recently purchased Virgin media (few weeks ago) and deal was for 6GB data due to it being a 'Volt' deal. My account continues to only show 3GB and does not allow me to login using Virgin media ID telling me "they arent linked and an email will be sent" still not received it and the Volt add ons dont load up in my O2 account. It's like the account links havent worked at all - error in set up? how do i contact O2 to fix as the virtual assistant is rubbish!

thanks for the guide unfortunately I just get: "Ooops sorry we are having trouble fetching your information at the moment. please try again later". 

 

Same error.
