Hi there, I am being forced over to O2 from Virgin, not entirely happy with that. However, I have 4 accounts in my name for 4 family members and at 4 different addresses. The one account has apparently been switched over and I’ve received an email with a new account number from O2, but I can not get any access to this account to check things over properly. Also do not have direct access to the phone to get any codes from that number that’s been switched. As the account holder what do you expect me to do?

@Why-Oh-Why

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

I have the same issue, and have just spoken with customer service on the 202 number who said it can't be done.  Not happy either.
