Hi,
I had a deal with Virgin that was a tie in to an O2 contract. The O2 sim has never been used therefore I can’t use the texts to access the account and cancel the contract.
I appreciate giving 30 days notice is required despite the contract being over, however I will expect the 30 days notice to begin today as of my notification.
