I still not received my ‘new speed’ for being o2 & virgin customer?

You need to speak to Virgin if your Virgin Media Broadband speed hasnt been increased they can be reached either on 0345 454 1111

 

If you actually mean double data (which is bandwidth use) not a speed increase on o2 then you need to allow 14 days and if that has passed contact Customer Services , if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
