Recently moved house & virgin media offered me a new deal with the sim still included, it’s now saying I’ve used to data but I haven’t had my personal data on for days as I only use WiFi. Last time I checked I have over 6gb left.
I’ve logged on and it’s also saying that it will take 48 hours for my account to work & also that I don’t have any o2 products. I’m confused???
