recently took out a monthly contract with O2 and new phone ( i phone 11)
'Smarty gave me the pac code to transfer in the meantime i seem to have been given a temporary number from O2
now my new phone will receive calls dialled on the correct number though dials out on the temporary number
my old phone which Smarty have renewed the contract for one month receives notifications/pass codes etc from apps which my new phone wont. i have tried turning off the old phone though that does not help
i need to get rid of the old phone though cannot until new one recieves/calls correctly
any ideas anyone
