I'm trying to update the names of the users inside my business account and it says when I log in there should be 2 options, Bill Analyser and My Account, and that it's possible by clicking My Account. But I can only see Bill Analyser. Why can't I see the second option, and what can I do?

This O2 help vid shows what I should be able to see, but can only see half of!

@MaureenHardy

You need to call 8002 and speak to customer services.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
