Use Samsung Smartswitch from the Play Store

Google will give plenty of videos on how to use it

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You need to download the samsung smart switch app to both phones @mymilly

This will help get everything backed up and transferred over.

Your only other question @mymilly is how you will use Samsung Smart Switch to do your transfer. If you are transferring data between two modern handsets, it works over WiFi. However, the J6 was discontinued in 2019 and I believe that it might not support the wireless use of Smart Switch.

As a result, you will probably need to physically link the two handsets using a USB-C to USB-C lead.

Please let us know if you need any further help. 👍
