just got a new phone. I can make and receive calls but I can't receive texts??? Any ideas

Keep rebooting the phone at regular intervals until the swap is complete

If this is the S20 then numerous people are having the same problem. As said, your only option is to call O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
