Not even sure this is the right board. We've lost the SIM card from our iPhone (tiny). The phone helpline hung up on me, even though it's a work essential phone. I cant find any way to order a new one on this effing useless website - it goes: Problem? -Sim cards - lost - you need to report it by contacting us, click here - Problem? - Sim card - lost - ( & repeat ad infinitum.
No other way to contact anyone or report on the website. Seriously at end of tether & thinking of leaving O2 (which WILL get me the attention of someone on the phone, apparently...) FURIOUS!

Thanks, but the Phone isn't lost - it's the SIM card. The website just sends me round in loops, & the phone line cuts me off.
