Hi, my phone has a technical fault so I can't accept or make phone calls. I have a temporary phone I'm trying to set up, but I need to transfer the esim. I can't call O2 to sort it out and the chatbot wont help. I'm at home, I'm disabled and can't leave and there's no other way to make a phone call. Is there any way that I can contact O2 online to get an agent to make a replacement esim available to me via My O2? Many thanks for your help
