Hello, i put £20 on my phone the other day to update my tariff but i had changed it just after updating it from the £10 one too £20 & it still took the £10 & ‘gave me my tariff’ been trying to use my data since yesterday to realise it’s took my money out - not put data on my phone for the £10 one & i’ve had to put another £20 on to be able to get my tarif, but a refund for my last £10 would be nice due to having put £40 on so far.
