ported from EE. Can call all networks but can not receive calls from EE mobiles

Joined O2 about 2 months ago.

I was with EE

Have just found out that I can not receive calls from mobiles on the EE network

I can receive calls from landline and other networks

I can ring EE mobiles but can not receive calls from EE mobiles

Have done a sim swap at an O2 store but still have this problem

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
