I have had no signal for the past two weeks when running the test it says the mast near me is not working and the enginers will look at it but nothing is being done

Sorry to hear your difficulties with connectivity.   

Sometimes engineers can be waiting for parts, especially if from Europe  not so easy since Brexit.

How do you know nothing is being done?

Not all faults require physical site attendance, and even those that do - may require revisits with specialist parts or teams.
