no service

My phone has just decided to have no service so I can make or receive calls... my O2 service is gone?

I'm on a contract and everything is fine with that... I've checked the app for problems and all it says is that there is sometimes heavy traffic in my area... what am I supposed to do

It sounds like your sim card has failed so you need to contact o2 If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
