for the last week or so no access to data roaming on samsung A14 5g phone. have tried the usual  off/on and phone off and on again.

Phone working fine otherwise it seems.

There are some tips to try :

  • Make sure Mobile data and data roaming is enabled
  • Turn off 5G
  • Turn Airplane mode off then on (This often kickstarts things)
  •   Reboot phone.
  •   Manually search for a different network
  •   Change data apn to  mobile.o2.co.uk
  •   Call customer service to check for any roaming bars
