Yesterday I received my new iPhone. I put the sim that I received in the box in to the new phone and thought it would work. It’s been 24hours and I still can’t get network signal.  my old sim stopped working before new phone arrived so  that hasn’t got any o2 signal either. All the options to do a sim swap advise of so calling in on the 202 number also not an option and currently have no landline. How do I make this work please?

Hi @mattb1

Did you do a simswap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update?

You need to keep rebooting the phone. If you need help message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

If you check on the O2 site main page under contact uis there should be a webchat link so you can speak to someone from customer services via chat.

They should be able to help you through the process.

Or call 0344 809 0202
