My mobile reception has always been good.  I replaced  my phone a couple of weeks ago with a new phone and at first I could make calls as normal. I now have no coverage; the display shows no cells.  Visitors to the house have no cells.  I have switched the phone off and on again.  02 say there should be good coverage.  What should I do?  How do I speak to a real person at 02?
