Hi, both of our phones have the same problem, whilst making or receiving a call from another mobile the call seems to break off, it then comes back on. When it`s on it`s as clear as anything. I have tried taking out and replacing the sim cards on both phones but that does not work. This problem only happens when we are indoors, outside we get no problems. Can anyone help please. Thank you.

@gardener1

Look at this thread Guide: Do you have poor coverage / signal Indoors? This may help Explain / resolve it

You may need to go instore with ID and get two new sims.

Hope this helps x

@gardener1 To add to the good advice from @Cleoriff, try WiFi calling to help with your problem:

Hi and many thanks, I will give that a try as the Wi-Fi calling symbol is currently switched off on both our phones. Thank you for your help. Take care.
