iPhone arrived this morning without charger and earphones, as was promised in sales call over the phone. This is shoddy behaviour from a large company. Please, O2, assure me, asap, that a charger and earphones, as agreed in the sale, will be arriving asap, or as a journalist I will bring this matter to the attention of consumer watchdogs.

No one from o2 will contact you based on a post on a customer forum @GilesWoodrow.

You will need to contact o2, either by phone or using their chat or their social media channels.

They have Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) and Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) so you can choose which one suits you best.

@GilesWoodrow

Ask the journalist to contact Apple as they have decided to no longer supply these with new phones.

It's part of their "green" policy.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

That's irrelevant. I specifically asked about earphones and a charger during the call, if I'd known that I would've bought them as extras. O2 have lied to me during a sales call - I'd like to hear back from O2, no need for me to contact Apple.
