Hi I updated my iPhone se to ios15.0.1 yesterday morning. Since I have had no o2 service, the phone is working really slow and completely unresponsive at times. I called o2 yesterday afternoon guy told me to reset settings , take sim out , turn off and on and finally to wait. I did everything but phone still has no service this morning and it turned itself of overnight. Can someone please advise.

I would contact Apple direct, as it sounds like you have an issue following the update, that they are going to be to need to resolve.
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

I have had similar problems since (foolishly) updating to IOS15.
My hotspot speed is ZERO at times.
I am dreading contacting O2 as I know they will be unhelpful but, I am paying for unlimited data...pointless paying that if I can't use it...

You need to speak to apple in the link above as the update shouldn't affect the hotspot services.
Use the link above to speak to them....
