Hoping someone or one of the o2 account advisors can help with this.
I ported in from EE and the port was completed on Monday, everything seems to be working expect iMessage and FaceTime. I constantly get “an error occurred during activation” message every time I try to activate.
At my wits end, I’ve tried all the troubleshooting even swapping to a new eSIM. As others have said I’ve tried others sims in the phone and it activates just fine the issue seems to lie with my ported number and/or O2 Sim.
