Hi!  Moved from EE to O2 and slightly regretting it. 😞

Number seems to have been successfully ported from EE.  iMessage and FaceTime are returning 'activation unsuccessful' messages.  Restarting phone, resetting network settings, etc have no effect.

Not a device issue, as putting a friend's sim in the same phone results in iMessage/FT connecting correctly.  Placing O2 sim in a different phone brings up the same failure warning.

There is some talk on the forum of needing a blank sim from you guys to solve the issue (?)

All advice greatfully accepted.

Hi!  Moved from EE to O2 this week and onto pay as you go from a contract and regretting it. Not much success with the customer phone line.

Number seems to have been successfully ported from EE.  Will only come up using my email account.  Restarting phone, resetting network settings, etc have no effect.

Also having issues with the app not showing the correct bundle.

All advice greatfully accepted.
