Hi,
I am asking regarding the ‘free insurance’ as set out in the terms and condition of O2 for free screen replacement. Can you tell me how to participate in this reward?

You will need to contact O2 to process a claim (if you have got insurance)

Is this a current offer?
I had this reward about 2 years ago with a contract but I've not seen it advertised recently.
If you have it, it will show as a bolt on in your MyO2.
If you do and you wish to claim, you call customer services and they will arrange to replace your device with a refurbished one.
