Hi
ive received my new upgrade phone - iPhone 15
unfortunately the information to set up my eSIM wasn’t sent and now I can’t log into my account because my sim has become inactive so there’s nothing I can do to actually download the eSIM and get set up

Hi. Can you advise how please? I no longer have an active phone line to call for help, which is why I’ve tried this route.
I don’t have the availability to get to a branch for a good few days.
