Best advice is not to, but if you must, you need to contact O2 who will push one through to your MyO2 to install.

If you get one pushed through to My O2 make sure you are logged in beforehand as your old SIM will go dead and you won't be able to get the Security Codes
Same advice. If you don’t need an eSIM don't get one, especially on O2
