Hi my 4g says it’s on but it’s still not working. I have tried resetting my netowrk settings and still not working

In what way is your 4G not working?

Do you have no coverage at all? Or is your phone showing 2G/3G instead?

@japitts Probably means their data isn't working. Quite a few come on here referring to it a 4G

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
