Hello, 

 

Wanting to swap my normal SIM to an eSIM. I can't find the option for this in my o2?

You need to contact O2 to get one pushed to your MyO2 or go in store with photo ID, but we advise against esims if at all possible.

You can't unless you go through O2 customer services or call into an O2 store with photo ID.

Be warned, unless you have a very good reason for needing an eSIM you are just storing up trouble. A search on here will highlight all the problems that can occur

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
