Hi,

My SIM card is faulty.

I recently obtained a new phone - iPhone 13 Pro Max as I thought the old phone was faulty but it seems the old SIM card is actually at fault.

I have never changed the SIM card so I think it is due to be changed.

Please advise

Your best bet is to go into an o2 shop if at all possible @Amar68

Take photo ID

A request through o2 will be quite long.

Otherwise contact o2 customer services Here

If you order through Customer Services your old SIM will be immediately turned off and you will be at the mercy of O2 and Royal Mail as when you get your replacement.

Hence the good advice to go instore with ID

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
