I received my new phone and I’m unable to install my eSIM. There was no QR code to activate and when I was transferring everything over from my old phone no message appeared to activate it.
I'm unable to use my phone without WiFi now, can anyone help?

If you can access your MyO2 you can install it from there.
If not, go in store or contact O2.
