Hello, I have purchased a travel (non-O2) SIM to use for 30 days while I am travelling in South Africa. I have loaded it onto my iPhone, but I received a message saying it has not been activated. Any suggestions of how to fix? Do you think it will fix itself once I arrive in SA?

Thanks :slight_smile:

You mentioned none O2 SIM.

Who was the supplier and what instructions do the give?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@HelsC

You need to speak to whoever the esim provider is, however, if you have an  O2 physical sim in your phone, try removing it first to activate the esim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
