i am getting distorted voices on loudspeaker and calls. i remove sim and replace and problem clears itself.

I would reach out to Samsung, as sounds like something in the phone is causing the sound distortion.

Try giving the sim a good rub with a pencil eraser.

Sometimes, static can build up causing issues.

If the eraser suggestion by @MI5 doesn't work, it might be worth visiting your local O2 retail store, with photographic ID, and asking them to swop your SIM for a new one :-

It sounds like a SIM problem rather than a handset issue to me.
