Has anyone had any luck contacting customer service on the phone....
in total I've been on hold over 6hours trying to pay my final bill
the only reason I left was i was on hold over 8hours trying to upgrade
they've given me until tomorrow to pay the bill but how am I meant to pay if they never answer!

You can pay your airtime bill in store but not the device plan payments if on refresh.
