change number from business to personal

Hi I’ve been trying to change a number from 02 business account to 02 personal. Have new phone, sim and temp number issue by shop. Since then have rung o2 business 3x over last fortnight - each time they say they are filling out form to make transfer could take 5 days. Yesterday promised swap in 4 hours. Still nothing. At wits end!

yes sadly have done all this and getting no luck at all just going round in circles!

Assuming all your checks on the Business side are complete, and you now have a shiny new Personal O2 contract and temporary number, you can contact O2 CS via Social Media, use either of the 2 links below and stick with it - and be persistent. This is the same advice as you have been given in the other post by @Cleoriff. Good luck, @Sydney127.
