Hi I'm wanting to upgrade to the pixel 6 Pro but while entering the details it says I need a new nano sim. I thought pixel 6 had the esim so I wouldn't need a new sim. Would welcome any advice. Thanks

Signal

I don't get any signal at our flat, I haven't done since we moved in about 9months ago. I have to rely on wifi and too make calls I have to leave the flat and cross the common to get signal.

Premium SMS not working

I used to be able to text premium numbers no problem - a bar was then added which O2 have advised has been removed, I also don't have a spend cap but cannot send SMS to any short premium numbers even after contacting o2 so many times, its really frus...

Hi guys..I recently received my new contract phone..I live in the largest town in cornwall that still has no 5g wich is fine, but my 4g download speed in house is half a meg at best..is this normal...

Resolved! Ported old number , now no service on either line.

I just started a new contract with o2 . I filled in the port number form to bring my old three number. the three phone has since lost service , but 8 hours later now both phones have no service. when calling either number I get the message the number...
