For months now i have had very poor network service in Dover Kent CT179sh. I can not even send texts or signal messages. I am paying over £70 a month I want to know what is going on

Resolved! Porting a number to 02

Hi, I'm just moving to 02 from another provider and trying to port my existing number. I went through the processes yesterday with my PAC code etc but the number still hasn't moved over. How long does it normally take? Cheers

Hi I can't make or receive calls. I pay monthly, my bill is up to date, tried turning it on and off to refresh it but still no joy. Tried calling the 0344 number on the 02 website and its saying this number is unavailable. Anyone know what's going on...
