Resolved! Difficulty setting up iphone

I had an iPhone 13 delivered yesterday for my son to replace a broken phone. During set up, it has transferred everything from my husband's phone instead of my son's. It also won't activate sim card.

New member connection issues

Hi since moving from virgin to o2 my signal is so poor at times. Cannot get reliable data signal and phone keeps pinging saying emergency service only then seconds later its back on. My phone hasnt changed and ive done all the usual power on off etc....
