Sim not provisioned?

Hi i ordered a new sim , and was a nightmare to order one in the first place, eventually via messenger they agreed to send me one and it has not even reached me and they have disconnected my current sim

Getting someone else's bills emailed to me

NOT about this account but to another email address I have. This is just a payg sim I'm using as you have to in order to post on this forum... For the last few years I have been getting unsolicited monthly bills for some stranger on O2 emailed to me....

I have been charged for premium rate messages. I don't know anything about them. My account says they are in the early hrs of the morning. How do o stop these??????
