I have cancelled my extra, but I don't get a confirmation that it actually worked. How do I know that it will be cancelled?

Hiive received my new upgrade phone - iPhone 15unfortunately the information to set up my eSIM wasn’t sent and now I can’t log into my account because my sim has become inactive so there’s nothing I can do to actually download the eSIM and get set up

Problems with sim card or account

Hi, For some reason I started to have a problem with calls, sms and mobile Internet. I cannot make any calls, receive any sms or use Internet. Only wi-fi works for me.Could you advise the reason?
